2025 "Business of the Year"

Business of the Year nominees demonstrate exceptional leadership by effectively managing change and overcoming hardships to achieve business growth.  Is steadfast in its commitment to exceptional customer service, management, and ethical business practices.  Provides industry leadership through innovative products and services.  Continuously adapts and improves based on market trends and needs and has a vision that drives progress and growth.  Invests in employees by creating an environment for growth and emerging leadership, and offers training to improve the day-to-day activities of the business.  Cultivates a dynamic workplace culture that attracts and retains a high-quality workforce, ensuring long-term success.  Displays a deep commitment to the community and community service by providing leadership and setting an example through active support and volunteerism with local organizations.

The general public is invited to nominate any business that was a member in good standing of the Ottawa Area Chamber of Commerce through the end of 2025 and the business is currently in operation.  One small business recipient and one large business recipient will be honored at the Ottawa Area Chamber of Commerce Annual Membership Appreciation Dinner in May 2026.
