Rosemary Buerger
Executive Director
Rosemary has always had an entrepreneurial spirit starting her first business at the age of 12. A lifelong learner, military child, and wife led her to many different experiences. She uses those experiences to manage the day-to-day operations of the chamber today. Her background includes many years as a paralegal and a Realtor in North Carolina. Those experiences help her to be mindful that business is always about the relationships you build.
Her philosophy in assisting the members is to keep an open line of communication, listen more, and always work to reach the greater goal of the member when possible.

Kelly Theisen
Director of Membership Engagement
Kelly has lived in Putnam County for 22 years and throughout those years has been very involved in many different volunteer roles. Through these volunteer roles, she has gained great insight to the needs in the community and the pride of those who work to fulfill the needs of the community. Kelly has gained connections to many different individuals, businesses, and organizations. Through these resources of contacts Kelly can help connect chamber members to the right resources for their business needs.
As part of Kelly's day to day tasks at the chamber, she is excited to be able to market and promote our chamber's business members by highlighting businesses in our community with their celebrations, events, promotions, services, or products. Kelly is very honored to witness the abundant support our local businesses provide to each other in their daily operations.
